Lauren McKown is Women In Government's Graduate Policy Fellow for National Family Economic Success and is currently obtaining her Doctoral degree in Socio-Cultural Anthropology. Prior to joining Women in Government, Lauren worked at the Episcopal Church's Office of Government Relations. There she worked in conjunction with the greater non-profit faith based community to inform and lobby federal legislators on a variety of topics including healthcare, environmental sustainability, and peace.
