Since 1988, Women In Government has stood as a national organization serving women state legislators across the country. Throughout the year, Women In Government hosts a variety of conferences. Our events provide a unique platform for state legislators and policy experts to come together to address current policy issues and seek innovative solutions to many public policy challenges.
Women In Government’s support base includes corporations, foundations, government agencies, and individuals. The unrestricted educational grants we receive are directed toward our policy programming under the guidance of our policy department staff and our bi-partisan Board of Directors.
