CDC State Grants: State Diabetes Prevention and Control Programs

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) provides financial assistance and support to states to improve healthcare services for diabetes. Grants are given to State Diabetes Prevention and Control Programs (DPCP). States must apply for these grants annually.
