Next Future WIG Program: Eighth Annual Healthcare Summit
Who: Undergraduate and graduate students who are engaged and passionate about leadership
What: Join us for programming, professional development, women's leadership, conduct an interview with a legislator, write a blog for Southwest Airlines - sponsor of the program -, or create an infographic, all of which will be displayed on our website after the conference.

Note: As WIG is unable to provide overnight hotel accommodations, we recommend that applicants for this conference be located in the area. However, conference costs (e.g., registration, parking, and meals) will be covered by WIG.

Are you interested in becoming a Future WIG Alumni?

WIG is now accepting applications for the Future WIG Alumni Program. Qualified candidates must have participated in the Future WIG program at one of our conferences. If you have a particular conference that you would like to apply for, please note the due dates listed below. If you do not have a preference, and would like to be considered for any of our Regional Conferences, applications are accepted on a rolling basis.

If you are interested in being considered as a Future WIG alumni for a specific conference, here are the respective due dates:

  • National Legislative Summit, June 22-24, 2017, Las Vegas, Nevada 

  • National Legislative Forum, September 14-16, 2017, Savannah, Georgia
